We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, and product size.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders
No hidden fees or additional shipping charges.

Large & Heavy Items

Due to the size and weight of some products (arcade machines, pool tables, foosball tables, golf simulators, etc.), delivery may be made by specialized freight carriers.
In some cases:

  • Delivery may require a scheduled appointment

  • Curbside delivery may apply unless otherwise stated

 Return Policy (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

✔ Return shipping is fully covered by Mega Game Room.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return label or pickup arrangement (when applicable)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product has been used, installed, damaged, or modified

  • The original packaging is missing

  • The return request is made after the 30-day period

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
